How does the warranty work? What does it cover?

When purchasing the plan, you can be rest assured that our warranty will protect your appliance(s)/electronic(s) of all its functioning parts as well as the labor cost and trip charges to your home so you pay nothing out of pocket. You will have unlimited service calls and there are no deductibles to worry about. It will also come with a replacement policy that will replace your appliance(s)/electronic(s) with a like model if it cannot be fixed.

How do I purchase/renew a warranty?

Renewing your warranty is as simple as entering your Offer Code at the top of the page.

What happens if my appliance(s)/electronic(s) cannot be repaired?

If our certified technicians determine that your appliance(s)/electronic(s) cannot be repaired, we will fully replace it with a like model.

Is there a limit to how many service calls the warranty covers?

You will have unlimited service calls along with our replacement policy that will replace your appliance(s)/electronic(s) with a like model if it cannot be repaired.

What if I decide to sell my appliance(s)/electronic(s)?

Our protection is fully transferrable for a small $25 fee and can potentially increase the resale value of your appliance(s)/electronic(s).

What if I move out of State? What is your coverage area?

Our coverage is nationwide so we will have licensed technicians available to provide you with the service you need.

Do I need to bring my appliance(s)/electronic(s) back to the store where I purchased them for repairs/service?

We provide you with in home service on large appliances and TV’s 42” or larger.
